[Important] Notice of temporary suspension of delivery operations due to the Chinese New Year holidays

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of ENNENN.

Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, we will continue to accept orders during the following times, but parcel delivery services will be temporarily suspended.

January 23, 2025 (Wednesday) - February 5, 2025 (Wednesday)

Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM on January 22nd may be shipped after delivery operations resume on February 6th.

We apologize for any orders that have not yet been shipped after January 24th, but we will begin shipping them again in order from February 6th onwards.

Orders received during the holiday period will be processed sequentially from February 6th. We will continue to receive emails, but due to the holiday period, responses may be delayed or we may not be able to respond to some emails.

In addition, delivery operations will resume from Thursday, February 6, 2025, but orders, shipping, and delivery operations are expected to be busy after the holidays, and depending on the congestion situation, there is a possibility that there will be delays in the shipping date.
